Welcome to GlobalVoice (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlobalVoice mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

GlobalVoice is an AI-powered real-time voice translation and communication tool that allows users to communicate seamlessly across languages through speech-to-speech and text translations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. By using GlobalVoice, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:

Misuse the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.
Interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Platform.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform’s source code or algorithms.

5. AI and Translation Disclaimer

While GlobalVoice uses advanced AI models for translation and transcription, accuracy may vary depending on factors such as language, accent, background noise, or internet connectivity. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or suitability for legal, medical, or professional communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, source code, and algorithms within GlobalVoice are the exclusive property of GlobalVoice and it's vendors and partners and their respective owners. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require payment or subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be displayed in-app or on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlobalVoice and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.
