GlobalVoice may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid users are billed based on the selected plan at the time of purchase.
Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented access to paid features.
Refund is requested within 7 days of payment and usage does not exceed 3% of paid quota.
Change of mind after purchase. We offer free trial, you can try the app before purchasing.
Misuse of the platform or violation of Terms.
Inability to use the service.
To request a refund, contact app@globalvoice.app with transaction details.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Refund will be processed after the deduction of Payment processing fees (3.5% + $0.40) charged by Payment Processor.
